Can a food processor be used instead of mixer for this recipe?

Looks great for my sisters dog treats. He is on a special diet and wheat flour would not be used.

Chef's Answer ~ A food processor may work, if you had an attachment that would do more of a blending technique instead of chopping. The mixture becomes very thick, so after the tofu and peanut butter are mixed together, you may be able to manually (with your hands) mix the dough together.
