Can i make millet biscuit for my dog?

I want to make millet flour biscuits for my dogs, is millet flour good for dogs? My main ingredients are millet flour, eggs, honey, peanuts butter & chicken broth. Can I make this recipe? Kindly suggest this is recipe love dogs or not?
