Coconut flour?

Can coconut flour be used for this recipe and would the amount be the same?

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, you could use coconut flour in this dog treat recipe. However, coconut flour is very very absorbent and you would use 1/4 of the amount of whole wheat flour. So, for this recipe that would be 6 Tablespoons of coconut flour.
