Could you use Rice Flour instead of Wheat Flour in any of your dog treat recipes?

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, most of the dog treat recipes could easily have the wheat flour substituted for brown or white rice flour.

Rice flour can be more fine than wheat flour, so it may soak up more moisture in your dog treat dough. If your dough is too dry, add one tablespoon of water at a time until your dough comes together.
