Is it ok to use rice flour instead of the wheat, my dog can't have the wheat.

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, you can substitute the whole wheat flour. I would use a blend of rice flour and another wheat/gluten free flour to make the texture come out right. You could use half rice flour and half Garbanzo bean flour or almond flour.

Many major health food stores also now carry a premixed gluten free flour blend that may work well for your dog.
