is there a substitute for corn meal?

Want to try, but my dog can't have the corn meal.

Chef's Answer ~ The corn meal in this recipe is mostly for texture. So, I would replace it with another wheat/gluten free flour. If you can find buckwheat flour, that is a hardy flour that would lend a chewy texture to the finished dog treat. I hope this helps. :)
