Can I add fresh peppermint?

Can I add fresh peppermint to this recipe to help with bad dog breath?

Chef's Answer ~ Absolutely! Fresh mint is also a good addition for a stinky kiss.

Thoroughly mince either of these fresh herbs and add in when you mix together the ground meat, honey and applesauce. Then follow the rest of the recipe instructions.
