Rupert loves Carrot Muffins w/ Cream Cheese Frosting!

Rupert is a very special "designer" dog; who came to live with me a few months ago. He is about 13 lbs of pure love!

He LOVES food, and coffee. He doesn't get the coffee unless he steals it!

I made the carrot muffins with the cream cheese frosting, for his 1 year birthday. He went crazy for them!! He ate one and wanted more. He was so happy to have the muffins. I give the recipe a thumbs up! It was super easy, and even smelled good. I am going to try the thumbprint cookies next. Can't wait for Rupert to have them!
