This is one of my dog's favorite snacks, which I used to get at the pet store but supplies have been hit or miss lately. So glad I can make them at home now. For us, 3 hours was perfect. There were a couple smaller pieces that were done at the 2-1/2 hour mark, so after the cooled a bit my min pin was happy to participate in quality control testing. In fact, they came out so nicely that one of the fellows at work snacked on them too!
