You list a dehydrator, but give a temp for oven. How do u do in dehydrator?

I want to start making my own sweet potato treats; I'm tired of buying them! I have a dehydrator, how can I make these chewy in it please? (You mention a dehydrator in ingredients)

Chef's Answer ~ Each dehydrator will be a little bit different. Your user manual should mention how to dehydrate vegetables. I would start with their recommendations. It will probably take 4 + hours at 145 degrees. However, your best option is to read what the manufacturer of your brand of dehydrator suggests.
